Chamonix at the end of 1930s. Joseph Servettaz was one of the greatest alpine guides until he died in an accident while climbing with a businessman who survived. The film follows Zian, ServettazÌs son, and Bianca, the businessmanÌs daughter, who try to rescue his fatherÌs body. Though the war and prejudices separate them, Zian and Bianca fall in love.
Edouard Niermans is an important French producer who has directed PoussiÀre d'ange (1987), Le retour de Casanova (1992), L'enfant des terres blondes (1996).
Pierre-Antoine Hiroz is a Swiss filmmaker and alpine guide. Among his films, Seo!, Erebus, Le combat des reines.
