Plitvice's falling lakes are located on the border between Bosnia and Croatia, and throughout the 50s, they were the setting for numerous films. One of the first national parks created in Europe, the reserve is formed by a seven kilometre collection of winding lakes connected by a series of waterfalls. Here, wild and uncontaminated life abounds.

DIRECTOR
Michael Schlamberger studied medicine and founded the film production company Science Vision with his wife Rita, graduated in Biology. His work has always been directed towards scientific popularisation.
