For many people, Everest has been synonymous with
heroism, physical resistance and strength, but there on the World's highest summit exists
another dimension more obscure. Between egotism and lies, the film describes the real
nature of mountaineers attempting the ascent to the peak; the director examines why this
mountain drives some people to sacrifice everything, even life itself. The film offers a
unique vision of a more obscure side of the mountain, the one that is hidden.
