INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR MOUNTAIN FILM

This year too it would not have been possible to organise the Festival without the help of some friends.

The nine participating Festivals (their logos and relative links appear in the right-hand side column) manifest in this, as well as in many other ways, a spirit of cooperation which, with some of them, has been in existence for a long time whilst for others, is more recent.

And it is therefore to formalise, apart from making more concrete this exchange, this flow of ideas and information, that the International Alliance for Mountain Film (IAMF) was formed.

This alliance was born with the aim to enhance, preserve and promote the mountain film production through moments of joint work which will complement and integrate the usual activities conducted at institutional level, maintaining the character of their institutional activities as a priority which cannot be modified.

The AIAM founding members are:
Museo Nazionale della Montagna "Duca degli Abruzzi"-CAI-Torino
The Festivals of:
Trento
Autrans
Banff
Graz
Lugano
Les Diablerets
Torello
Breuil-Cervinia

To those members, recently have been added the Festivals of
Kendal
Poprad
Telluride
Teplice

Our Festival thanks all those who have cooperated with us and hopes to welcome, in future, other Festivals which ask to take part.

As always, projects and enthusiasm have to overcome the usual time and budget constraints.
