DIRECTOR
Sabine Derflinger, born in Wels in 1963, has relized several
documentaries such as Geraubte Kindheit-und damit leben lernen
(1994), Achtung Staatsgrenze (1996) and The Rounder Girls (1998).
About Vollgas she says: "Seasonal work at the hotel has been chosen
to represent other types of work by put in common he rule of maximum
effort for minimal social benefit. Being flexible, the job taking
priority over one's private life. When a person is forced to give
so much, opportunities to make life experiences become very few".
Vollgas is first Sabine Derflinger's feature film.
