President of the European Coordination of Film Festivals (Bruxelles)
and member of the scientific committee of the Turin National
Museum of Cinema, in the last years he realized several retrospectives
(among them there are the ones dedicated to Philippe Garrel,
Paulo Rocha, Sergio Leone and Turinese cinema) and published
many books as Mario Monicelli (Firenze, La nuova Italia,
1986), Officina torinese (Torino, Lindau, 2000) and Storia
e storie del cinema popolare italiano (Torino, La Stampa,
2001). Since 1984 he is a board member of the Turin Film Festival,
of which he was elected director in 1999.

FRANCIA DI CELLE
ITALY
Stefano Francia di Celle was born in Turin in 1966. Trained
in music and cinematographic criticism, in 1987 he started to
collaborate with several Turinese institutions to organize cinematographic
and cultural events. As selector and organizer he has collaborated
with Taormina International Film Festival from 1994 to 1998
and with (anteprimaannozero) - Festival di Bellaria in the two
last years. Since 1995 he is author of the TV program FUORI
ORARIO (RAI 3)

HAMOROVA
SLOVAKIA
Born in Poprad, mountain climber since 1986 and member of the
JAMES climbers association, she also owns the company Krokus
Extreme Sport Team, specialized in extreme and non-traditional
sports. With her husband Peter she organizes and promotes extreme
sports programs for TV. She is member of the board of Poprad
International Mountain Film Festival since the first edition.
Since 1999 she is the director of this Festival, that is member
of International Alliance for Mountain Films.

Born in Turin in 1945, after graduating in photography and cinematography
and taking his degree in Modern Literature, he started to work
as photoreporter and then as cameraman assumed by RAI. In 1979
he was nominated director of photography. Since 1981, as director
of production, he has worked at several TV programs, such as
fictions, two editions of the Festival di Sanremo and one of
Saint Vincent Disco per l'estate. Since 1991 he is radio and
TV director. He has also directed the RAI 3 TV programs Nel
regno degli animali, presented by Giorgio Celli from 1992 to
1995. Since 1996 he has directed successful TV programmes such
as Geo&Geo, Ciak, animali in scena and Il pianeta
delle meraviglie, presented by Licia Colò, of which is currently
the director.
KRZYSZTOF
WIELICKI
POLAND
Born in Poland in 1950, father of 3 children, for about 25 years
he has been one of the strong points of Polish expeditions in
Himalaya together with famous climbers as Wanda Rutkievitcz,
Jerzy Kukuzka, Aleksander Lwow and Voytek Kurtyka. He started
to climb in 1970, participating to more than 30 expeditions
in high mountain, from Hindu Kush to Pamir, from Karakorum to
Himalaya, New Zealand Alps and Kenya's peaks. In 1997 he became
the 5th person in the world to climb all the 8000 metres, half
of them completely alone and in winter time. He is author of
two books about high mountain and photographer. He was member
of the jury at Trento, Teplice and Banff Film Festivals.
