The
incredible story of three guys who risked their lives on board
of a little yacht, the Beserk. The destination is the Antarctic,
the captain is 21 years old and the staff members are an American
and an Argentinian guys who have never sailed before. From the
day one, the voyage is a fight to survive against the teeth of
hurricanes and ice floes. Panic and bitter conflicts erupt among
the crew and it seems that escaping is impossible… Bererk In The
Antarctic shocks throught its frank portrayal of these three guys
who set themselves inhuman challenges and yet managed to record
their whole voyage.
DIRECTOR
Kaare Skard trained as videojournalime on local TV-stations.
Since 1995, he is videojournalist in Norway where he works for
TV2 Norway Television as reporter of sports, entertainment, politics
and crime.
